ClienTalk research is completely private and confidential
for both you and your clients. You select the clients to be surveyed. They
access the survey online, using individual privacy codes to protect their
identities. No one else has access to the results - not your firm, not your
partners, not even your assistants (without your permission). Everything is
password protected for your eyes only.
-
Q. Will I know how specific clients have responded?
-
A. To ensure that clients respond honestly and accurately, ClienTalk
offers the option of anonymity to all respondents. You will see the
specific results of those clients who select to be identified by name
as well as the aggregate data from those who select to remain anonymous.
-
Q. Will my data be shared with anyone else?
-
A. No. The data from your survey is password-protected for your eyes only.
-
Q. Can I conduct a survey more than once during the year?
-
A. We recommend using the survey program only once each year.
However, you could use it with new clients throughout the year.
While responses from new clients won't significantly change your overall
survey results, the process will help nurture your new relationships and
underscore your commitment to client service.
-
Q. What about next year?
-
A. Many advisors use ClienTalk on an annual basis. In addition to its value
as an annual client contact campaign, the year-to-year results enable advisors
to track progress and uncover key trends in their client database.
-
Q. What if I did it myself?
-
A. You could produce your own survey - but the ClienTalk survey tool
has been designed by research professionals to generate meaningful,
accurate and actionable data. Also, because we're an outside firm and
their responses are confidential, your clients are much more likely to
provide frank, honest answers to the ClienTalk survey. Finally, you
don't even want to think about the tabulating.
-
Q. What if a client doesn't have a computer?
-
A. Invite your client to visit your office and provided a private area for them
to complete the online survey. You can also print out a paper version of the survey
and mail it to your client. When you receive the completed survey, you must then input
their responses into the ClienTalk website.
